Here we go!

We took possession of the tiny tractor and got to work. David, a former PCC resident, has become an expert at clearing and smoothing the ground. Years-old deteriorated landscape fabric has been removed along with old, rotten boards. We are making great progress with Colleen’s guidance. Dirt was delivered yesterday with gravel and pavers to follow. Holes are being drilled into the tanks today for water drainage. Thank you to everyone who has had to park elsewhere and put up with the mess and noise.
